This can be done by identifying the rodents' preferred nesting sites, feeding areas, and walking routes. Signs such as nail marks and droppings can help you identify these areas. You can also place small amounts of non-toxic bait, such as oatmeal, to observe the animals' movement patterns before beginning the control process.

It is recommended not to clean the infestation sites before starting the control, as this may disturb the rodents and make them less likely to accept the bait.

Setting Up the Bait Station

The K DERDISCOUNT Professional Rat Bait Boxes are suitable for both permanent and short-term control of harmful rodents. Place the bait stations near the identified nesting sites, feeding areas, or walking paths. If the station is placed against a wall, ensure that the two entrances are parallel to the wall.

After opening the bait station, the bait (to be ordered separately) can be placed on the provided safety rod. This safety device prevents rats from carrying the baits out of the station. Remember to securely close the bait station after placing the baits.

Depending on the level of infestation, several bait boxes should be placed 5 to 20 meters apart. Rats are typically known to take the bait after 2 to 4 days.
